Return Policy

  • You have 7 business days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Lifedecor.in@gmail.com or call 6375587878. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon verification.
